Jean shares her expertise of the spa industry with organizations seeking continuity in the midst of change.  Jean acts as a "bridge" in the position of spa task force manager during an interim period where there is the absence of a spa director.  She has worked with high end companies including Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Farmington, Pennsylvania, The Westmoor Club of Nantucket and Hotel Bel Air Spa , Bel-Air, California.  Jean works with the acting teams to strengthen leadership, deliver high quality standards, personal customer service, maintain efficiency of operations, instill best practices and achieve financial targets.
